Our pâtisserie team utilizes specialized shock-absorbent luxury packaging and white-glove air-conditioned direct transport to ensure every cake arrives in pristine, immaculate condition.

However, in the rare event of transit damage, structural collapse, incorrect flavor/inscription delivery, or a verified quality defect:

• Mandatory 2-Hour Notification Window: You must inspect your delivery upon receipt and report any visible damage or discrepancy within 2 hours of delivery.
• Photographic Evidence: Please take 2 clear photographs of the damaged product inside its delivery box showing the defect and cake inscription, along with the order invoice receipt.
• Immediate Remedy Options:
  • Priority Emergency Remake: If time permits for your event, our master chefs will rush an immediate replacement to your address free of charge.
  • 100% Full Refund: An immediate full refund back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  • SolBombay Luxury Store Credit: Store credit with an additional 10% complimentary courtesy bonus for future celebrations.

4. Bespoke 3D Sculpted Cakes & Corporate Bulk Orders

Bespoke 3D sculpted centerpieces, royal multi-tiered wedding cakes, and customized corporate gift hampers require substantial advance sourcing of specialized single-origin ingredients, structural armature engineering, and days of dedicated pastry sculpting labor:

• Advance Cancellation Window: Bespoke custom orders may be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to delivery are subject to a 50% deduction to offset raw material sourcing and custom design preparation costs.
• Under 24 Hours: Bespoke commissions cancelled within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

5. Digital Masterclass Tutorials & Recipe Cards

Exception: If a technical glitch on our server prevents access to video playback or recipe downloads, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of your report, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.

6. Spin & Win Promotional Vouchers & Freebies

• Prizes, discounts, and complimentary reward vouchers won on the SolBombay Spin & Win wheel are promotional gifts and carry no cash redemption value.
• Promotional vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for currency, or retroactively applied to past completed orders.
• In the event an order utilizing a percentage or fixed promotional coupon is lawfully cancelled and refunded, the cash refund will strictly equal the net amount actually paid by the customer.

All refunds are approved and triggered electronically through our verified Razorpay Payment Gateway directly to the original payment instrument used during checkout:
